What is Pragmatism?
Pragmatic people prioritize actions and solutions that are likely to work in the real world. They don't get bogged down by a set of idealistic theories that may not be practical in the real world.
This article focuses on the three fundamental principles of pragmatic inquiry, and provides two examples of projects that focus on the organizational processes in non-governmental organizations. It suggests that pragmatism is a valuable research method to study these dynamic processes.
